Kulfi Recipe

1 can (14 ounces)- evaporated milk
1 cup - light cream (half and half)
1 can (14 ounces)- Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tsp Ground Cardamom- (pisi lachi)
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
2 drops- rose water (optional)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in bowl
Place mixture in shallow bowl and freeze overnight
